I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The parking was convenient, and the location was perfect as there were plenty of good restaurants in the area. Additionally, I loved that the hotel was centrally located, making it easy for me to take a refreshing swim in the pool and do my laps.

No one at the desk when we arrived. Called after about 20 minutes of waiting. Our first room wasn't cleaned from the previous guest. Our next room didn't smell so great. I think if the room and service would have been better, I also wouldn't have minded the frozen eggs for breakfast.

Dusty room.

The motel location was handy for our stay, right in the center of the pool-making laps in the Park Rapids area. We found good restaurants close by, making dining out easy. The room was clean, and the breakfast, although not up-scale, was adequate. Additionally, the jacuzzi tub in our room was clean and worked great, providing a relaxing experience.

The sheets were scratchy and itchy, making it difficult to get comfortable.

The hotel offered a fair price for our stay during Easter weekend. The room size was adequate, and we appreciated the effort the hotel is making to update its facilities. The breakfast, although smaller than what we have experienced at other hotels, was sufficient for us. We also liked the fact that the hotel has a large number of rooms, which came in handy during the busy holiday weekend.

There were a few aspects that we didn't enjoy during our stay. The blankets barely covered the top of the bed, and the bedspread seemed cheap and thin.
